These terms and conditions ("the Terms") govern the use of Inveriok ("the App", "we", "us"), a personal finance application available as a web app and as an iOS app. By creating an account or using the App, you accept these Terms in full.

Inveriok is not intended for users under 18. By using the App, you declare that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
Inveriok is a personal finance management tool: tracking income and expenses, debts, investments, savings, budgets, and simulations (retirement, tax return, financing vs. paying cash, personal cost, etc.).
Inveriok does not provide professional financial, tax, legal or investment advice. All estimates, projections and simulations (including retirement, income tax and the "Financial Advisor") are calculated from the data you enter and simplified assumptions, for informational and guidance purposes only. They do not replace the advice of a financial advisor, wealth manager, tax advisor or licensed lawyer, and we are not responsible for financial decisions made solely on the basis of the information the App provides.
To use Inveriok you need to create an account (with email and password, or via Apple/Google). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.
You can delete your account and all your data at any time from within the App (More → Delete my account). Deletion is immediate and permanent, and cannot be undone.
Inveriok offers a free plan with core recording and financial-review features, and an optional paid subscription, Inveriok Pro, which unlocks additional features (unlimited investments and savings goals, portfolios, properties, retirement, tax return, cash simulation, financial calendar, personal cost, the financing comparator, and the "Can I afford it?" simulator). The features included in each plan may change; if we remove or add features to a plan, we'll let you know within the App.
Inveriok Pro is offered as a monthly or annual subscription, managed entirely through Apple's in-app purchases (App Store). We never process or store your payment details at any point — that's handled by Apple.
We don't issue refunds directly — refund requests are handled through Apple, in accordance with their policies.
If you reside in the European Union, consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU and, in Spain, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users — "TRLGDCU") generally grants you a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days for distance contracts, with no need to justify your decision or bear any cost.
However, Inveriok Pro is digital content and a service not supplied on a tangible medium, whose performance begins immediately upon purchase (you get instant access to the premium features). Under article 103.m) of the TRLGDCU (which transposes article 16.m) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to this type of contract once performance of the service has begun, with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that, as a result, they lose their right of withdrawal.
By tapping "Subscribe now" and completing the purchase through your Apple account, you expressly request that Inveriok Pro begin immediately and you expressly acknowledge and accept that, as a result, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal from that same moment.
The financial data you enter (transactions, balances, debts, investments, etc.) is yours. We use it solely to provide you with the App's service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter — Inveriok does not verify or cross-check this information with any bank or official body.
By using Inveriok, you agree not to:
The design, brand, code and content of Inveriok are the property of Alex Bolivar Canal, except for the content you enter yourself (your financial data), which remains yours. No license over the brand or software is granted to you beyond the normal use of the App under these Terms.
Inveriok is provided "as is", with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding its continuous availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including financial decisions made based on the information it displays.
You can stop using Inveriok and delete your account whenever you want. We may suspend or cancel access to the App if we detect use that breaches these Terms, notifying you whenever possible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the App or by email before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts under that law, without prejudice to the rights that consumer protection regulations grant you in your country of residence.
