Why a balanced budget is more reliable than an "approximate" one
The most common problem when tracking your spending by hand —or in any app that checks nothing— is that you forget to record a transaction, and the error builds up without you noticing. After a few weeks, your budget and your net worth show a figure that no longer matches reality, and you don't know exactly where the error is.
Balance checking solves this simply: you compare your account's real balance with the sum of the recorded transactions in Inveriok. If they don't match, you immediately know something's missing — usually a stray transaction you forgot to record or import — and you can fix it before the mismatch adds up month after month.
