This privacy policy describes how Inveriok ("the App", "we") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use our personal finance application, available as a web app and as an iOS app.

When you create an account in Inveriok, we collect:
Inveriok is a personal finance management app. The data you voluntarily enter includes (depending on which sections you use):
This financial data is entered exclusively by you. We do not collect it from any bank, financial institution or external source — there is no automatic bank connection (Open Banking) in the App.
With your prior consent, we use Firebase Analytics (a Google service) to collect anonymous and aggregated usage statistics (for example, which screens are visited or which features are used), for the sole purpose of understanding how the App is used and improving it. These statistics never include any financial data (amounts, transactions, balances, accounts) or any content you enter into the App.
The first time you open Inveriok we ask for your permission via a notice. If you don't accept, no analytics are activated. You can change your choice at any time. We don't use this data for advertising or profiling purposes, and we don't sell it to third parties.
We process your personal data under the following legal bases of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
We only share data with the following providers, strictly necessary for the App to function:

We don't sell your data to third parties. We don't share your financial data for advertising purposes.
Some of the providers above (such as Supabase, Vercel or Google) may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including the United States. In these cases, those providers rely on transfer mechanisms recognized under European regulations, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other equivalent adequacy frameworks.
Some sections of the App (Retirement, Tax return) include informational links to official websites such as Spain's Social Security (seg-social.es) and the Spanish Tax Agency (agenciatributaria.es). These links only activate if you click them voluntarily; there's no automatic loading or tracking.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from the App: go to More → Delete my account, follow the confirmation steps, and your account and all your financial data will be deleted immediately and permanently from our servers.
If you believe we haven't handled your data in accordance with the regulations, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), through its electronic office at www.aepd.es.
We retain your data for as long as you keep your account active. If you delete your account, your financial and profile data are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our database, with no additional retention periods.
Inveriok is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Inveriok currently doesn't display advertising. If we introduce advertising in the future, we'll update this privacy policy in advance and, if required under applicable regulations, we'll ask for your explicit consent before showing personalized ads.
Inveriok offers a free plan and an optional paid subscription, Inveriok Pro (monthly or annual). You can check the price and features included in each plan on our Pricing page and in the Terms and Conditions.
Inveriok Pro payments are processed entirely through your Apple account (App Store) — we never receive, process or store your card or payment method data. We use RevenueCat as our subscription management platform: it receives an identifier of your account and your subscription status (active, cancelled, etc.) so it can give you access to Premium features, but it doesn't process or store your payment method data either — that's handled by Apple.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the App or by email.
